Employee satisfaction – a systemic approach was used in order that learning could be captured and leveraged via a deployed network of change agents in local business teams. Ratings improved by 12% year on year, variation in results reduced by 1/3 and 2005 Group targets were beaten by such a margin that the 2006, 2007 and most of 2008 targets were achieved too.  This project well exceeded its objectives.
