New NHS figures released on the 29th March 2019 reveal 70 million prescriptions have been prescribed for anxiety and depression (doubled in 10 years) and 1 in 5 people suffer work related stress. 

The mind will grow and develop anything we plant, so its important not to sow or water the weeds

The work I do is to help educate how we organise our thinking, feeling, skills and behaviour, enabling you to take more control over your thoughts, feelings and life.  

My key motivation is the belief that once people understand their empowering or disempowering behaviours, beliefs, emotions and motivations, they become aware of how to make a positive change, not only within themselves, but also how they think and feel about other people and, or the present situation they find themselves having gained a fresh perspective.
